What level of service can I expect?
Please be aware that we are neither a hotel nor a full-service co-living agency. While we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we rely on our tenants to help maintain the house in good condition and to respect their neighbours' sleep
What is included in the cleaning service?
Our cleaning agent will come twice a week to clean the common areas. However, personal spaces such as bedrooms and bathrooms are not included
How do I check in?
Arrivals can be at any time; we will provide you with your key box code so you can check in independently. If you need any further information to facilitate your arrival in Fontainebleau, please feel free to reach out
Can I take my dog with me?
Unfortunately, no. Pets are not allowed in the house due to hygiene concerns and potential allergies for your fellow housemates
Can I lock my room?
Yes, all rooms have separate keys that you can use to lock your room if you wish
